If you see an error or can’t open Fullbay Help & Training articles, it usually means you’re not logged in to Fullbay or don’t yet have access to a Fullbay account.
Why can’t I access Fullbay Help & Training?
You may not be able to view Help & Training articles if:
You are not logged in to Fullbay
Your password is incorrect or needs to be reset
Your user account has not been created
Your user profile is inactive
What to do if you can’t log in to Fullbay
Navigate to app.fullbay.com and enter your email and password.
Select Forgot Password if you need to reset your password. (optional)
Contact your shop manager or administrator if you still cannot access your account.
Fullbay Help & Training resources are only available to active Fullbay users. To view them, log in to your Fullbay account. If you don’t have an account, ask your shop manager or admin to create one for you.
Once you’re logged in at app.fullbay.com, you can access Help & Training directly from the tab inside Fullbay.
