Your units are the vehicles and equipment your shop services for you, such as trucks, trailers, and reefers. The Fullbay Customer Portal shows the units your shop has assigned to your account. This makes it easy to confirm that the shop has the correct units on file. Use the steps below to view your units and learn what to do if one is missing or incorrect.
How Your Units Get Into the Portal
Your shop creates each unit in Fullbay and assigns it to your account. After a unit is assigned, it appears under Units in the portal. You can view your units, but you cannot add, edit, or remove them yourself. If a unit is incorrect or missing, your shop can update it for you.
View Your Units
Review your Units list to make sure it matches the vehicles and equipment your shop has on file. Follow the steps below to view your units.
Log in to the Fullbay Customer Portal.
Select Units.
Review the list. Each unit shows the details your shop has on file, such as the unit type and identifying information.
If you work with more than one shop, use Select a shop to choose the shop whose units you want to view.
Example | A fleet manager adds two trucks to her operation and drops them at her shop for inspection. A few days later she opens the portal, navigates to Units, and confirms both trucks are listed under her account. She knows the shop has them on file before the first estimate arrives, with no phone call needed.
